Anfänger wieder mit Problemen

Anfänger wieder mit Problemen

Hallo alle zusammen,
zur Abwechslung habe ich ein neues Problem. Aktuell wollte ich gerne Centreon testen und dazu muss ich ja NDO Utils installieren oder?
habe mich soweit wie möglich an die Schnellanleitung gehalten, komme aber über den Punkt
/usr/local/nagios/bin/ndo2db -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo2db.cfg
nicht hinaus.
bekomme immer die Meldung
-bash /usr/local/nagios/bin/ndo2db: Keine Berechtigung bzw -bash /usr/local/nagios/bin/ndo2db: Permission denied ,
jenachdem ob ichs als nagios oder root versuche. Berechtigungen auf die Datei sowie den Ordner habe ich bereits geändert aber ohne Erfolg(habe es über die Konsole sowie grafische Oberfläche versucht). Hat einer von euch dieses Problem schon gehabt und eine Lösung parat?
Wäre sehr dankbar, wahrscheinlich ists wieder nur was kleines einfaches aber wichtiges, was ich nicht finde.

hi,
bin jetzt schon nach hause kann also genauere details nicht alle ausm kopf schreiben.
zuerst war root der besitzter, habe das dann auf nagios geändert (auch die gruppe). ausprobiert und besagte meldung bekommen, anschließend berechtigung vom ordner überprüft und vererbt, selbes ergebnis. dannach habe ich allen erlaubt die datei zu bearbeiten und nagios weiterhin als besitzter gehabt, hat auch nichts gebracht.

stimmt, also benutzer habe ich versucht einenen algemeinen, dann nagios und root, immer mit dem selben ergebnis. als os wird opensuse 11 benutzt.
muss die datei ausführbar sein oder nicht? funktioniert beides nicht, aber da bringt er dann ne andere meldung, könnte ich morgen reinsetzten fals gewünscht.

woher stammt die ndo2db bzw ndo2db-3.x - cp/mv/etc? sollten beides die gleichen binaries sein, und eines davon is obsolet.

der fehler beim ausfuhren der ndo2db ruehrt daher, dass +x fehlt.

ndo2db und ndo2db-3.x sind die selben dateien. habe den namen beim kopieren geändert zum testen.
den befehl führe ich gleich mal aus und poste das ergebnis, bzw das resultat.

naja gut, mit der fehlermeldung bedeutet das, dass mysql auf deinem server nicht installiert ist oder die libs/header files waehrend configure nicht gefunden wurden.

@ RainbowWarrior: hab alles nach der anleitung gemacht.

@dnsmichi: mysql ist definitiv installiert, konnte die datenbank ja auch erstellen und die eine datei einlesen. deinen letzten satzt verstehe ich allerdings nicht. kann auch daran liegen das ich in linux bisher noch nicht so bewandert bin.

urks. configfiles werden imemr so geparsed, sodass der letzte eintrag als gueltig erachtet wird. damit gibts dann den socket_type tcp, benoetigt wird aber per default der socket_type unix.

mich interessiert, wie du die ndoutils kompiliert und installiert hast

dementsprechend den output von ./configure > configure.txt und die configure.txt posten (moegliche fehlerquelle).

nein ich meinte den output auf der shell. schau dir aber vorher noch ein configfile mit dem socket_type an, ich denke dass der fehler eher dort liegt.

wechsle in das verzeichnis wo du die ndoutils kompilierst. evt configure-flags anpassen.
